The 369 Method is an easy add to your daily routine. There are two methods. Both utilize the energies of the numbers 3, 6, and 9 - the number sequence that Nikola Tesla believed is the numerical foundation of the universe and that when implemented can amplify the materialization of manifestations through its impact on frequency and vibration.
First Method: Repeat this process for three consecutive days.
1. Write three affirmations in the past or present tense three times in the morning.
example:
1. What i desire desires me more.
2. I am a magnet for my greatest desires.
3. the universe continually blesses me with a constant flow of my desires.
2. Write these three sentences again 2 x each (total of six sentences) in the afternoon.
3. Write these three sentences again 3 x each (total of nine sentences) in the evening.
Second Method: This method can be done only once, but will work better if you repeat for 3-9 consecutive days.
1. Write what you want 3 x.
example: 1. Salary Bonus
2. Salary Bonus

2. Write six sentences of what you want as if you have already acquired it.
example: 1. I received a major salary bonus.
2. I received a major salary bonus.
3. I received a major salary bonus.
4. I received a major salary bonus.
5. I received a major salary bonus.
6. I received a major salary bonus.
3. Write nine sentences of how you feel now that you have acquired what you want.
example:
1. I am feeling so blessed and abundant now that i received a major salary bonus.
2. I am feeling so blessed and abundant now that i received a major salary bonus.
3. I am feeling so blessed and abundant now that i received a major salary bonus.
4. I am feeling so blessed and abundant now that i received a major salary bonus.
5. I am feeling so blessed and abundant now that i received a major salary bonus.
